Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used herbal glycerites or supplements. Once a product has been opened or used, we cannot ensure its safety or quality.
Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your first-time purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery

The product must be unused and unopened

The product must be returned to us in its original condition

Refunds apply to first-time purchases only

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Once the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Subscription Orders
For subscription products:

Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time

Refunds are available only if requested before the next order ships

Once a subscription order has shipped, it is not eligible for a refund
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:

Requests made after the 10-day window

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Subscription renewal orders that have already shipped

Bulk, multi-unit, discounted, or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for replacement or refund as appropriate.
